    Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Houseboat Stay & Shikara Ride
    Arrive in Srinagar and check in to your warm, beautifully furnished houseboat. In the afternoon, enjoy a peaceful shikara ride as winter light reflects off Dal Lake. Spend the rest of the evening relaxing by the heater and soaking in the snowy ambience. Overnight in Srinagar (Houseboat).
    After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, a winter paradise known for its powdered slopes and deep pine forests. Check in to your hotel and explore the area at a relaxed pace. You may enjoy snow activities like sledging or simply admire the views. Overnight in Gulmarg.
    In the morning, you may opt for the Gulmarg Gondola ride (optional), offering spectacular snow-covered Himalayan panoramas. Later, drive back to Srinagar. Spend your evening exploring local bazaars or relaxing at your hotel. Overnight in Srinagar.
    After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, a winter wonderland set along the Lidder River. Enjoy scenic views of snow-draped valleys and pine forests. Upon arrival, check in and explore nearby areas such as Aru or Betaab Valley (weather permitting). Overnight in Pahalgam.
    Spend a relaxed morning enjoying the snowy surroundings of Pahalgam. Later, return to Srinagar and visit Mughal Gardens like Shalimar Bagh or Nishat Garden if time allows. Enjoy a cosy evening at your hotel. Overnight in Srinagar.
